Courtesy, Cancellations and no-shows.
Please be aware that late cancellations – ie less than 24 hours notice – are very damaging to the personal livelihood of natural medicine practitioners, and the sustainability of small, dedicated businesses such as this.
We understand that unexpected and urgent matters may affect your ability to keep an appointment. If this happens, we simply reschedule that appointment at the next most convenient time.
Unfortunately, we live in an era where habitual last-minute cancellations and requests to reschedule are becoming more common.
From 9th January 2012 onwards, enjoying this flexibility in your appointment schedule will incur the following fees:
- Cancellation or request to reschedule made before 5pm on the day prior to your appointment – 75% of the fee for your allocated appointment.
- Cancellation or request to reschedule after 5pm on the day prior, or requested on the day of scheduled appointment – 100% of the fee for your allocated appointment.
- Failure to arrive for appointment without notice – 100% of fee for your allocated appointment.
Thank-you for your understanding and co-operation.
